They accommodate... read more I loved the meticulousness of the Chef at this restaurant. The atmosphere was very pleasant, with an excellent selection of Sake and rice beer. They accommodated my wheat allergy by ensuring my soy sauce was 'Wheat Free' and provided me with tamari. We enjoyed the set menu, which included dishes like baby eel, baby octopus, and sea urchin. It was exciting to try all these new flavors. The fish was beautifully presented with fresh wasabi and warm sushi rice. I learned the correct way to eat sashimi, thanks to the Chef's guidance. Their friendly personality made us feel comfortable asking questions and learning more about the dishes. Overall, it was a beautiful experience worth every penny. Thank you!
