Market Cafe @ Ramada Vancouver Centre

We were not greeted very professionally and the one person seating and serving seemed to be not very happy. Our order was wrong and the food was tasteless. We ate elsewhere the four days we stayed at the hotel.

We stayed at the Parks Inn and suites and enjoyed this cafe very much. Breakfast was great and room service even better, everything we ordered was delicious. There is not one complaint from us we always returned here for a meal.

Family stayed at the hotel (now The Park Inn by Radisson) over Christmas. Breakfasted and dined at the onsite cafe a few times.Menu is concise, but with enough choices to suit everyone. Service is friendly but can be a bit 'leisurely' at times. Pork Schnitzel is excellent, as is the Rib Steak. All dinners are served with a daily 'starch' (potatoes or rice) and fresh well-prepared vegetables.We were pleasantly surprised by this unpretentious little hideaway, as hotel cafes can be somewhat hit or miss. The chef and kitchen staff definitely know what they are doing - herer's hoping management realizes what treasures they have on staff.Service staff is very friendly for the most part.We have added the Market Cafe to our list of local eateries and would recommend anyone in the neighborhood to drop in for a well-prepared, delicious meal, served with a smile and attention to detail.

Very good food and very good service by friendly staff. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the front end staff.

We recently stayed at the Park Inn and Suites and had dinner in their restaurant, the Market Cafe at Ramada Vancouver. It was a very pleasant surprise to have such a delicious meal in an average Vancouver hotel. My husband had a grilled rib eye steak done perfectly and I had the chicken medallions in a mushroom cream sauce. It was delicious and was on a par with similar ones we've had in more expensive restaurants. The vegetables were done perfectly and complemented our meals. The service was efficient and friendly and we enjoyed our dinners there. We will definitely return for another meal when we visit the hotel again.
