We... read more Very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and portions were large. The waitress gave us excellent suggestions for appetizers and entree. We go to La Brass often and are never disappointed there is not a huge variety of items on menu and I usually have the halibut which is nicely presented

Starters came promptly but then waited minutes for main course which we had to inhale because we would be late for our show. The beef pasta dish was much too strong with the pasta over cooked. When reminding waiter of our show she said that all orders in restaurant were taken at the same time therefore the delay. Generally people eat dinner at ‘dinner’ time and if restaurant cannot do this why are they in business. This is a stark contrast to restaurant predecessor Provence. Hire a better chef and more staff. We will not be returning under present management

I wish I knew the... read more Our meals here are always top of the line. We shared moules and truffle frites for an appetizer and they were perfectly cooked and delicious. I wish I knew the secret of their sauce. My husband had his “go to” dish, bouillabaisse, which featured the usual fish and shellfish with extra large clams unusual and flavorful. My rainbow trout special with couscous and French beans was perfect. The service is always knowledgeable and friendly. La Brass is always amongst our first choices for dining out. Highly recommended.

However, the raclette Brie was simply melted Brie without the traditional raclette experience. It was still enjoyable, but it could use a different name and more bread accompaniments. The mussels were delicious, as were the other seafood options. The service was good, although our server seemed to still be in training. With a bit more experience, she will surely improve. Overall, a pleasant dining experience with room for growth.
