I have always enjoyed coming here with my Mom & Dad when we lived in Vancouver our house was very close too KFC. Have not been here over 10 years.
I felt completely uncomfortable and on edge through the entire disastrous encounter. Amar is the problem, she yells at her employees and even customers, which is incredibly unprofessional! When she doesn't yell shes murmuring irrelevant passive aggressive comments. I will never come back to this KFC, and I strongly encourage everybody to do the same until amar no longer works there. I never met some one so nasty and hostile as her before, and because of that, she lost KFC business.
We had a long afternoon exploring Stanley Park, and had planned to dine at one of the scenery rich spots there. Alas there was a power outage, so we had to leave the park well-exercised but very hungry. This KFC was a block from our hotel, and offered the "comfort food" that we needed after a disappointing park experience.
The waitress who took our orders had a bad attitude. She kept rolling her eyes and her work was sloppy, as if she didn't care about her job or the customers.
I work near this KFC location and often stop in for lunch. I always receive great service here. The food is consistently good and hot, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Today, I was served by the two usual women, Amar and another whose name I did not catch. They were just as wonderful and attentive with customers as they always are when I visit.
