Lived in Kits for about 10 years and this was our goto place for sushi. My wife and I ate there at least once a week. It is one of the only places that I can say that you can really taste the prawns in the dynamite rolls. They actually have a lot of flavor. View all feedback.

Not very lucky with sushi these days it looks like.. Green salad came out of a refrigerator ready made, seaweed salad was ok but very small portion, the spicy tuna rolls had old rice on them, my friends lunch box looked measly at best...Sorry, can't recommend this sushi restaurant either.. Great little shop. Only 4 or 5 tables. Very clean. Good service, great prices and tasty fresh sushi. Walked in for lunch on a whim. Honestly if we had read the reviews on this site we would probably have moved along.
I have been to this restaurant 3 times now and probably my last due to the poor service. The lady that works there spends most of her time in the back. She takes you order, drops off a tea and never returns. In my three visits she has never once refilled my tea or brought me the bill or asked if I wanted anything else. This last visit she even gave the chef the wrong order so after a 20+ minute wait for my Vancouver Roll a Mango roll arrived but as I'd been there so long already I couldn't wait anymore and just ate it. Over 20 minutes for my one roll to be made is too long especially when there are only 4 people in the restaurant.

I was thrilled after being away from Vancouver for 9 years to find that Jun Sushi was still there with the same owners making the same excellent sushi. No fancy stuff just good value, fresh sushi made right in front of you. Their miso soup is the best!
Typical sushi spot on West Broadway near Blenheim, but owners are friendly and sushi is good, with excellent combo deals. Mostly take out but some small tables for dining in, which you are welcome to do. Prices definitely better than the sushi place across the street (Waterloo and Broadway) and we also go to Jun Sushi. Hours seem a bit sporadic as they are sometimes closed when I go, but then perhaps I just need to read the sign on the door and go when they're open! :D A great spot to stop in and pickup a sushi combo with lovely miso soup on the way home. Under $10!
