if you order a medium and in any case if you order a large london nebel, you need to order a second tee bag for a perfect cup. it is $0.75 for the second tee bag, but it is the difference between weak tee and proper tee. their gluten-free muffins are just for gluten-free epicurean. The position is not the biggest. the coffee was good, but the Beet-Latte was not so great. it needed more beet powder. it wasn't very hot either. I was offered a new one, but I didn't want to take it. So the service is good. there are a few places to sit.

I often visit JJ Bean in downtown Vancouver. I really enjoy their coffee and peanut butter cookies. However, my recent visit to this location was disappointing. The cookie I had was stale and the almond milk latte I ordered was too hot. It did not meet the high standards I am used to downtown.
