Lovely sunny day in September and the old fart working behind the counter was the model of unimpressive. Not a hello, no smile, no personality at all when I ordered a salmon burger. For the price I would have hoped to get some sort of smile but I guess that was extra. The burger was adequate but expensive. Go to McDonald's instead.
The chef, who was alone at this time of year- very pleasant, polite, cheerful. I had the fish and chips- EXCELLENT. Fries were a good size, the fish was well cooked- no middle part frozen (as I've encountered at other concession stands) The condiments were self serve but the tables were claen and the view fantastic!
My favorite Vancouver swimming spot! It's quite busy in summer, but cleaner, and less cluttered and crowded than Kits and English Bay.
Beautiful sunny day in September and the old Fart who worked behind the counter was the model of unstoppable. No hello, no smile, no personality when I ordered a Lachsburger. For the price, I would have hoped to get some smile, but I guess that was extra. The burger was sufficient, but expensive. Go to McDonalds.
