Best fried chicken for brunch in Vancouver and Victoria. The Gravy Coop is my go-to dish - it's fried chicken on top of a biscuit with gravy. The portions are generous and the food is delicious. The downside is is the long line-ups but if you get there first thing in the morning you can avoid that.
