What Maria S likes about Indigo Age Cafe:
Yes, Ukrainian vegan options! It isn't often you find restaurants offering vegan food from this region. I'm in Vancouver on business, and I had to try it. I ordered the Ukrainian Pirogies and the Tiramisu. Very happy! I ordered the pirogies with sauerkraut. They were tender, and tasty. The tiramisu is an adult dessert, by that I mean just the right amount of sweetness. I don't always finish dessert, especially if it... View all feedback. What Catalina L doesn't like about Indigo Age Cafe:
Food is ok, but so much potential for it to be better served and have better taste, especially for the prices. Soups are a better option. I don't recommend the mushroom waffle, it's a bit meh. View all feedback.

In town on business for the week and I was getting really sick of going out to restaurants and having to pick from the one or two vegetarian/vegan options

read moreThe Indigo Age is a gem of a Vegan, raw, and gluten-free cafe located in Central Vancouver. Despite some mixed reviews, the restaurant seems to have a loyal following among its patrons. Some have praised the blend of flavors in dishes like Ukrainian vegan pierogies, gazpacho, and creamy mushroom soup, while others mentioned that the food is not up to par with other vegan and vegetarian restaurants in the area. The prices have been a point of contention for some, with one customer noting that the specials can be overpriced. However, many have raved about the cozy atmosphere and welcoming service provided by the staff. Overall, The Indigo Age seems to be a hit among those looking for top-quality vegan and raw food options in Vancouver.
