A comprehensive menu of Incendio from Vancouver featuring all 10 menus and drinks can be found here on the menu.
Incendio, a popular restaurant in Vancouver, has been a favorite among many for years. However, recent changes in ownership have left some customers feeling disappointed. The once intimate ambiance is slowly disappearing, with loud music and sports TV taking over the dining area. Despite a few service hiccups and slightly overcooked food, some diners still found the experience enjoyable. With a variety of options available in Vancouver, opinions on whether to return vary. However, others found the pizza and calamari to be delightful, with friendly staff providing excellent service. Overall, Incendio's brick oven-fired pizza and cool vibe continue to attract diners, making it a spot worth checking out in Gastown.

Was Lonie Mueller at Incendio a mag?
My family from out of town was visiting and we decided to go to Incendio as we were touring Gastown during the day. We ordered a few appetizers and the calamari was by far the best (and I order calamari quite often!). The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our dinner. They gave us suggestions on what to order and were attentive to our large group.I will definitely return for dinner in the futur... View all feedback.
What Eddie Kris dislikes about Incendio:
It's always been a favorite of ours dating back almost 15 yrs, the only sad thing is, the intimacy is slowly disappearing, as they are trying to become more mainstream and hip. Only reason we came was to get pizzas was because Nicli wouldn't let us do takeaway__Tried 5 types of pizzas.
I am horrified I spend 60 dollars for not only the worst pasta I've had from a restaurant, but the worst cake too (how does one screw up cake?) _I
Poor service, mediocre food and priced like something better than it actually is.
This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but sadly it changed ownership. The bread to start was cold. It used to be warm. The pasta was swimming in oil and the pizza crust was limp. The staff were disinterested. The drinks were good, but how much effort does it take to pour wine? With so many good options in Vancouver, I see no need to return.

The service was as well slow, although there was plenty of visible staff for a Friday night, the restaurant was clearly not busy, with staff clearly to busying engaged with each other rather than taking care of patrons. Although the food was good, it was slightly overcooked and burnt in sections.
