The pasta was swimming in oil... read more This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but sadly it changed ownership. The bread to start was cold. It used to be warm. The pasta was swimming in oil and the pizza crust was limp. The staff were disinterested. The drinks were good, but how much effort does it take to pour wine? With so many good options in Vancouver, I see no need to return.

Loud disturbing music, and a television with sports in the main dining area. The days of quiet an intimate meal in a neighborhood restaurant seems to be disappearing. The service was as well slow, although there was plenty of visible staff for a Friday night, the restaurant was clearly not busy, with staff clearly to busying engaged with each other rather than taking care of patrons. Although the food was good, it was slightly overcooked and burnt in sections.
