Five Sails - Vancouver

Decided to come here for dinner to celebrate my 21st with my brother and mother and it was worth it. Service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. Food was delicious and perfect portions not too big or small. I couldn't decide what to order, so we ordered 3 of them and they were all very tasty and not excessively sweet, which is great. I'm back! I definitely recommend this place.

Located inside the Pan Pacific, we enjoyed the Truffles side dish, Bisque, and Beef. The most memorable dish was the summer truffles (highly recommended). It’s a great side for your main course. The lobster bisque appetizer had small scallops, black truffles, and brioche. The beef tenderloin was juicy and came with braised oxtail, torched broccoli, and maiitake mushrooms. Overall, all the dishes were delicious, the staff was amiable and knowledgeable, the restaurant had a great ambiance, and you get stunning waterfront views.

The view from 5 Sails is unbeatable, service polished to a T and food was 5 star. The dessert that was apple and mousse in a chocolate apple shell was by far the best dessert that I have had in Vancouver to date, exceeding all the hotel and high end restaurants in town. Congratulations, well done!

Definitely a great place to have a celebration and would honestly come back. The ambiance felt intimate and enjoyable. And the food was amazing! Also, big thank you to our server, Ramon. He was very easygoing and very patient.

Very fancy and elegant! A fine dining dinner date in my special day. I was so speechless how elegant the place is.. The food and service is excellent even tho the serving of the is so little. But they have a complimentary dish on side. Overall is was a good experience to be in this place.. its inside of the hotel. Then we park underground and use the elevator.
