Was Alexandra T Greenhill at Faubourg a mag?
I am French and this is my absolute favorite place for croissants in Vancouver, slightly ahead of Thomas Haas and Plaisir Sucre. Le Faubourg was started by a Parisian pastry chef and everything is amazing, but the Pistachio Croissants are absolutely to die for!!! View all feedback.
My friends and I love coming to your kerrisdale location. It is definitely our go to meeting place. The staff is always so welcoming, and we love seeing them. The smell of the oven, baking the delicious pastries and bread, the delicious sandwiches made on mini baguettes, my mouth waters just thinking about it. It is truly our happy place!!!!!
I had an amazing experience at the macaron-making class that exceeded my expectations. Ricardo did a fantastic job of explaining and demonstrating the process, allowing us to try each step ourselves. He was patient with all our questions and made us feel at ease. I highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning how to make macarons and looking for a fun activity in Vancouver.

Faubourg Café on Hornby Street is a pleasant spot with a relaxed vibe. The pastry was fresh and tasty, and the latte was well made; smooth and enjoyable without being anything out of the ordinary. The space itself is comfortable, though not particularly unique, and the overall presentation of the café is simple and straightforward. What makes it a bit nicer is their patio, which is a good option when the weather cooperates. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience. It’s a solid place for coffee and pastry, but more on the casual, everyday side rather than a destination café.
