Fatburger Fort Mcmurray - Vancouver

I have always enjoyed the Fatburger brand and have ordered from several locations across the lower mainland. Unfortunately, this location fell short of my expectations. I ordered two Deluxe Cheeseburger meals, which include burgers, fries, and drinks, only to be told that each drink would cost an extra two dollars and that meals only come with a choice of fries or a drink. I had to argue and show them the mobile order website to prove that drinks were included before they finally agreed to it. My other complaint is the charge for a paper bag, yet they still use single-use plastics for straws and cup lids. While the burger was good, the fries were disappointing and soggy.

Good location and nice spot to eat within the food court. Burger and fries was quite good. They were very busy so I did have to wait around 7-10min which is still a very reasonable amount of time. The prices also make the meal a very good value for what you are getting.

Fatburger Waterfront Centre is a pretty good place. First time visiting this exact location, but had experience with brand before. For now this place liked the best from all Lower Mainland chain. The only issue: dirty tables in big sofas area (expected as they are most popular). I'm not that picky, but fact is a fact. Food is great, fresh, tastes good, fully satisfied. Service is fast and polite. Good place to go.

The fish and chips were dreadful and excessively oily. When I inquired with the staff about it, their response was odd. I will never return.
