Amazing eating! loved the music and the amazing dessert room!

What a lovely experience. We will definitely come back next year. Beautiful surroundings, delicious foods, great music. Definitely worth it to go! Thank you Fairmont for a memorable experience.

We used to attend the Christmas Buffet at the Georgian Room at the Seattle Olympic Fairmont and had hoped this buffet would be similar, especially at that price point. However, I was really disappointed that while the Pacific Ballroom was beautiful, and the seatings were really well-managed to avoid a run on the buffet, the food and presentation were merely average and did not represent what I was expecting at $200 per person. The drinks provided were literally cans of soda in a bucket of ice you grabbed for yourself, and small things were overlooked, such as melted butter and crab crackers not provided for the seafood. The seafood, by the way, did not taste very fresh and was quite soggy. The rest of the food was very generic: a pasta station, carving station, traditional vegetables in warming pans. There was nothing outstanding. The attendants were attentive, and the dessert table in a separate room done in a blue and silver winter theme was a nice touch, but overall, I feel it was spectacularly overpriced for the quality, choice and presentation of the food provided. We would not attend this event again.

Amazing experience on all counts. Truly festive decor and ambiance. Friendly and attentive service. Didn’t expect much from buffet food but the entire offering was exceptional. High quality ingredients, huge variety of dishes, great flavours. We will be back next year.
