However, waiting almost 10 min to pick up my online order is just too long. Please hire more staff for the lunch hour. I saw a few people turn around after waiting to get a drink.

Had a Cortado today and was extremely bitter. Also did your Sweet Espresso roast change??? I found my 2 pound bag was really dark and oily and used to be on the medium side (Can’t use in automatic espresso machine).Will miss you guys.
