Donair & Kebab - Vancouver

Tasty traditional Middle Eastern food. Counter service. Nothing special but still tasty, inexpensive and fast .

I ate at the west 4th Ave location for a quick lunch with my husband. The chicken and falafel mixed wrap was packed with flavor and included hummus and salad inside the wrap. It was cool to have the option to mix chicken with falafel. Also had hot Persian tea which is black tea with rose petals and cardamom, yum! Hubby had a falafel plate which included rice, salad, pita, Falafel and hummus. All around great flavor, value and quality!

Featuring a variety standard middle eastern fare this no frills restaurant offers fast dine in off-the-hot-tray food and take away donairs pita wraps. Like most middle eastern food it's not masked with spices and hit sauces. Good size portions especially if you are hungry. Fast and friendly staff.

Die Vielfalt der frei wählbaren frischen Gemüsesorten und der zugehörigen Soßen ist groß. Kein Vergleich zur deutschen Variante. Ein Kebab bei Donair (z.B. in der Davie-Street) ist sehr zu empfehlen. Lecker und immer frisch zubereitet.

On a pris un kebab au poulet (dispo également bœuf et agneau). on choisit à quoi on le garnit (au choix : houmous, sauce piquante, salade, tomates, concombre, oignons, poivrons, ananas, cornichons ...) ; puis la sauce : blanche, ketchup, ...au final ca donne un gros sandwich bien consistant, pour 6,65 $ taxes comprises.il fut très bon.servi avec des gants, changés à chaque client.
