Everything was fantastic at Halal KFC, especially when they cater to the wishes of their customers. Their daily specials are the best deals you can find at fried chicken shops in the Lower Mainland. The food is always delicious, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The restaurant is clean and has a cool ambiance. I highly recommend trying their peri peri fries. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Chicken World:
I ordered the 15-piece family combo. The chicken was tasty, the pieces were large, juicy, and crispy. However, I specifically asked for a mix of white and dark meat, but the order had mostly drumsticks and upper legs instead. Only two out of the four people at my table enjoyed the dark meat. The coleslaw had an excessive amount of dressing. View all feedback.

We recently dined at a restaurant and tried the delicious spicy chicken sandwich. It was perfectly cooked and had a nice crispy texture. The spiciness was just right, not overpowering. Overall, we give this restaurant a perfect score for its casual and cozy atmosphere. It has quickly become our go-to spot for a relaxed afternoon meal. We also appreciate their weekday specials.

Another chicken outlet on Kingsway in a crowded market. Don't bother with the grilled chicken options, dry and lacking in flavour. The deep fried is not bad at least it was freshly cooked. Nothing special about the fries and the onion rings had been obviously previously fried then re-done to heat them. Zero atmosphere if you eat in. So called fountain drinks are cans from the fridge. The best draw is probably the specials nights where the fried chicken sandwiches are discounted.
Went here an hour before closing and ordered peri peri chicken, gabbar burger meal and 5pcs of fried chicken all spicy. Customer service was ok and friendly. As for the food, the burger was delicious. It was actually Wednesday and we had wished it was Thursday so we can avail on the burger special. The peri peri chicken was ok, we thought it was nothing special. You can taste the heat, but the flavor wasn't memorable for us. Definitely not like nandos or the peri peri shack. What we liked the least was their fried chicken. It was normal size for the leg and thighs, but the flavor wasn't there for us. It wasn't as crispy as the chicken you'd get from popeyes or churchs.
