T... read more This specific branch of Chatime is lacking. Despite being able to customize your ice and sugar levels, the drinks all taste the same and are mediocre at best. The staff is not knowledgeable and often give incorrect answers to questions. If you bring your own cup, make sure to show it clearly before paying to avoid being charged the $0.25 cup fee without acknowledgement.

I went here with a group of friends and some of us were given the largest size drink, even if we didn't want it. They automatically charge you for the largest size and give you the largest size if you don't specify you want asmaller size, which is my only complaint. It wasn't even busy, and the workers clearly had time to ask us for the size beforecharging us the largest one.

Recently, I tried their Grass Jelly Roasted Oat Milk Tea with Pudding, and it was a fantastic value and a refreshing treat on a warm summer afternoon in Vancouver. It was my first visit to this location, and I appreciated the relaxed, cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating. There was a minor mix-up with our order at first, but the staff quickly resolved it. I was also happy to discover that Chatime offers plant-based milk options and has a useful rewards program that keeps me coming back. I highly recommend signing up for the rewards to save on your drinks. I also encourage customers to bring their own straws and cups to help reduce single-use plastics and contribute to environmental conservation while saving some money. Overall, Chatime is an excellent place for delicious bubble tea in a laid-back setting.
