However, I didn't particularly enjoy the pearls as they were not fresh and a bit too chewy. My partner ordered the roasted milk tea with grass jelly, and found the grass jelly to be very soft (I had never tried it before), but thought the milk tea tasted a bit off.

The atmostphere is great for relaxing, grouping, or studying.

This franchise is well-known and the quality... read more This bubble tea place is a staple of our neighborhood. It's directly on Cambie Street within an apartment complex. This franchise is well-known and the quality of their bubble tea is actually quite good. It's very standardize kind of like the McDonald's model so that you can depend on them getting your order right every time no matter which branch you go to. My kids come here for the lychee and the mango slush with pearls so nothing really complicated however debility to control your ice level and sugar level is a welcome addition for parents to help control their kids later sugar fuelled rambunctiousness. The prices are surprisingly good and service is always quite good as well. This branch often has quite a lineup, however I noticed that the traffic is a lot less since Covid. It looks like they do quite a lot of business via pick up now. There's also a fair amount of competition with more bubble tea houses just down the street. Certainly, if you live in the Oakridge area, this is a walkable treat. We have come anytime soon will certainly come again.
