Simply put, it was outstanding and b... read more We ordered the osso buco through Bar One, located next to Café One, but this review focuses solely on the osso buco itself. Simply put, it was outstanding and became one of our favorite meals in Vancouver. We even returned another evening, enjoyed Moscow Mules, and ordered the osso buco again (available through the bar), finishing the night with a delicious late dinner. The osso buco came with creamy mashed potatoes and a lovely assortment of lightly cooked fresh vegetables. The calamari was also tasty, as were the drinks.
