Since 6 month ago they hire some new staff the service leve... read more We get our bubble tea from bubble world all over town but we live closest to the Guildford location. Since 6 month ago they hire some new staff the service level seemed to be down. We used to see the ladies running off of their feet serving and making sure all guests are taken care of but now we often see the new girls staying for a chat with each other. Food and drink are still fantastic, we love the salty peppery chicken. Will go check out the newly renovated location in Guildford soon!

The menu is extensive and features a variety of fruit, milk and other types of bubble tea, all made on the spot with fresh ingredients. I tried a chrysanthemum milk tea with coconut jellies, a strawberry milk tea and sago and an Oreo shake and they were all great, and very reasonably priced in my opinion.
