Tumeric is considered a super food, but it’s been around (particularly in South East Asia) for a very long time. Tumeric is commonly used in cooking and in some Eastern medicines. The latte is made with turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and black pepper. While these spices and herbs might sound very powerful, the latte itself is quite balanced and not too overpowering. The latte is also organic, vegan, caffeine and sugar-free.
