Bistro Wagon Rouge - Vancouver

This is one of my top choices for dining in Vancouver. The menu and wine list may be small, but they are both incredibly well-curated. The staff and kitchen are amazing!

I absolutely adore this restaurant! I had the moules frites, and they offer a different version every night which was fantastic. The food is consistently great, and the service is exceptional. For dessert, we enjoyed a basket of Madeleines and I had a Limoncello from Squamish, which was the perfect way to end a delicious meal. I appreciate that they not only have a wonderful British Columbia wine selection, but also support local distilleries like Odd Society. If you enjoy French bistro cuisine, you can't go wrong with this place.

The restaurant was extremely accommodating when I needed to change my reservation three times. The service was excellent and they didn't rush us to finish our meal. The daily specials were highly recommended and the cocktails and mocktails were delicious. I am now a fan of this place and would definitely make it my go-to spot.
