I bought a illy coffee pods for 15$. Asked the worker before i bought it to see if its compatible for nespresso machine. The asian guy working there said yes. When i came back home and checked the pods were not conpatible for nespresso machine........ i went back to the shop to get it exchanged for the 10 pods one because that one works for nespresso machine... the worker yuko? Delicious, rich coffee. Lovely pastries and breakfast options. We enjoyed the included morning meal every day during our hotel stay. I highly recommend it.

The steak meal was excellent. It was a bit pricier compared to Alberta prices. Due to COVID-19, my hotel room at the Century Plaza hotel was comped.
I have stopped some paints at beyond coffee and always observed that it is a rather quiet place. it is also very spacious, so it would be ideal for a quick meeting or private talks at a public place. the coffee is decent, eating is prefabricated and nothing special, and the service is in the regular decent. would not recommend for the food/coffee, but definitiw for the location.
There lunch meal was 14 bucks for Veggie chow mein...no side salad..nada.. outrageous price for this. I would stick to just the illy coffee. The staff here always seem indifferent to me and constantly rotating.
