The food is okay, the service is fast, and the quality is decent. The fried dishes are particularly good and have always been perfect whenever I have visited. However, there are almost no seats, especially during the pandemic, and the self-service tablet never works. The noise from the nearby skytrain station can be distracting as well.

I hope that the customer service improves at this restaurant. My first visit was okay, the server was fine. However, my second visit was not pleasant. The cashier was slow, not very friendly, and even gave me the wrong order. When I tried to correct him, he insisted that I had ordered it incorrectly. I do not feel inclined to return.

Great eating, quick service, breakfast is great. the only negative side to this location is that it is located under the railway station, so that they get a lot of interesting signs at this location.

This A&W is located next to the SkyTrain station and is open 24/7. They receive many Uber and Doordash orders, which can make the service slower for walk-ins. The food and service are what you would expect. One thing that is confusing is the varying prices of apple turnovers at different A&W locations. Some sell them for $1 while others, including this one, sell them for $1.69. Despite the price difference, the apple turnovers here are still delicious.
