I mistakenly decided to order from this restaurant through DoorDash, despite having had several negative experiences there in the past. We ordered two Beyond Burgers with all the toppings and paid extra for cheese, but received two plain Beyond patties between lettuce wraps. The fries also tasted strange and unpleasant. Always dirty , full of homeless people , not cleaned anytime of the day , May be the owner doesn't mind the garbage and sticky floor full of coke and food Till he is earning money . a&w company should take note of this sloppy franchise owner . Above average A&W in a dubious area of town. Good place to watch to zoo of people out front. The food was better than the states.
Went to this location to grab some food and witnessed this. The employees were not wearing any gloves the entire time while preparing and handling the food.
Ordered food. Specified freshly fried. Got replied okok np . After not even 2min, ready. (Frozen chicken strips and chicken brest patty take longer than this to be cooked, non? So I send it back. They tried to make up excuses, then promise to fry as I initially requested. After they wait for 4 min, send me again without sauce I ordered. Chicken strips and nashville burger patty are greasy and breading are falling off the meat. Obviously they think I am fooled once again. I'm not high on drug or drunk like some of the other customers, just a normal guy who want to eat some guilty pleasure after finishing a long day work. A&W used to be the only fast food chain I appreciate in canada, not anymore. Shame on the staff who take the order and whoever involved in the later dishonest behaviors. Fast food is supposed to be consistant, require minimal skill level from the staff. And yet some of your staff fall to execute it.
