My father was delighted to take a tour (small place, quick but informative tour- need to book ahead of time) and enjoyed learning about the sake making process. My group also enjoyed the sake tasting- glad we planned this on our trip!

We stopped here to test out the sake. We did the trio of tasting for C$5 each. After trying them we decided on buying a bottle of the Sparkling Sake for New Year celebrations. All the sake we tasted were as good as you get in Japan. It is not a large place but there are a few tables outside which would be nice to sit at in the summer months. If you like sake it's a great place to visit and they do warm sake tastings as well.

I have enjoyed sake for many years. Sake with a meal of sushi is natural. Sake for cooking is a wonderful and unique flavour, especially for halibut. Granville Island is home to Artisan Sake and offers all they produce. A tasting experience there is a taste of goodness.

Oh man, this place is a must visit. Lots of options and really good place to try. Buy BC.
