Sitting at the bar, the bartender took the time to guide us through the menu in detail and offered thoughtful recommendations based on our preferences. We tried the beef carpaccio, which was a bit thicker than usual but packed with flavor. The wagyu burger was perfectly juicy and tender, while the salmon hako sushi had a smoky finish that was absolutely delightful. The cocktails were strong, well-balanced, and beautifully crafted. Our bartender even created custom drinks tailored to our tastes, making the experience feel extra special. The only downside was the hostess, who seemed unsure about seating us early despite the bar spot being available, which was a bit awkward and unnecessary.
