I ca... read more The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious. The quality and presentation are outstanding. I am so pleased that I had the opportunity to dine here. I cannot stress enough how essential it is to visit this place if you are in the area and in search of a delicious and unique dining option. I opted for the 6-course tasting menu, which allowed me to sample a variety of dishes that Elements has to offer. The cocktails were also exceptional.

The customer service... read more This restaurant in Vancouver, located on Main Street, is truly a hidden gem! I have visited several times and will definitely be returning. The customer service is consistently amazing and the food is usually top-notch. Although I did have one less than ideal experience, it was very rare (only happening once or twice out of many visits). I have only been for brunch so far, but I definitely intend to come back for dinner. Overall, I highly recommend this place. On my first visit, I devoured my delicious meal too quickly and forgot to take pictures. The French toast was a perfect combination of sweet and tangy with every bite. It may be my new favorite dish. I also saw some beautifully plated poached eggs on English muffins covered in vibrant hollandaise sauce. I almost regretted not ordering that instead of my shrimp and grits, but I reminded myself that I could always come back another day. My partner had the shakshuka and his mother ordered the chef's hash, both of which they thoroughly enjoyed. The service, food, and ambiance were all fantastic.

Unfortunately, I have yet to make it down for dinner, though after our amazing experience with brunch, we will most definitely be returning to try their dinner menu. I had the pork schnitzel with lemon caper sauce, and I can't find a single thing to critique honestly. My wife ordered the crab cakes Benedict with real dungeness crab. again, an impeccable dish. Their hollandaise sauce was honestly something to write home about. We both had a cocktail, and my wife's bloody mary was honest amongst the best either of us have ever had! Service was top-notch and our waitress was so sweet and informative. Left full with leftovers and even ordered some of their home-made Portuguese rolls to go because those also were so amazing! All around, excellent experience.

The dishes... read more Lucky to have Elements in the Couv. Unbelievable cuisine comes out of that small kitchen. This is by far the best restaurant in Vancouver hands down. The dishes are inventive, elegant delectable. The staff is excellent. The menu regularly rotates and I’ve always wished I could taste the entire menu.
