Thai Wok Kitchen - Vancouver

The food was very good. I went on a limb and ordered something I never tried or heard, and I'm so happy that I did. It was called the Thai basil special and it was there specifically for the month of October. My wife and children also ordered their own meals and all were fantastic. This place is highly recommended, especially if my daughter is CELIAC and this place tends to these needs. The atmosphere is as good as you could expect, but the food speaks volume.

This restaurant is super awesome! Legitimate one of the best curry roasted rice dishes I tried in the Vancouver area. They mix perfectly the aromas of curry spices in rice and chicken, along with herbs and green onions. I wish they had a little more chicken, but that's okay! The dish stood well alone, didn't even need the extra protein for the taste. Service is also really nice and fast. Small place, but a good amount of space to sit, and it's pretty clean. I want to come back for more lunch specials!

They literally made me pay a $1 for this cuz I asked for another wedge of lime for my order. They are always so rude when you ask for a wedge of lime just seems unnecessary to me. I like their food but the lime thing always confuses me. I would go a lot to eat in with friends and they would always deny us anything more than 2 small wedges of lime for the table. They said they can?t give us more every time. It?s just weird I?m not asking for a lot I just like lime in my Phad Thai.

Very satisfying experience. Portions were big and the food was good. Service was very friendly and quick. Definitely so not skip this spot! Have ordered takeout too and food was still piping hot when I got home!
