This was the best experience I have ever had at a subway, the young lady who made my sandwich I wish I knew her name did an absolutely wonderful job. She made me the best sandwich I've ever had at Subway. She was so kind and so helpful and just genuinely a wonderful person. Hopefully we will see her again. I tipped her $5 and I very rarely tip at a subway, great experience. View all feedback.
What Kaleanya Hill doesn't like about Subway:
One person working seem to be having a bad day. Bread was undercooked and soggy . Missing some of the meatballs one sandwich. Forgot to toast my sandwich. And was 20 minutes late on my online order. Worst sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life which was super disappointing. Never had this happen before. View all feedback.
James H. was the only employee working from 2:00- 2:10 pm 2/6/24 on my visit. He was so kind and worked very hard despite no help from other employees with a long line. Thanks James H for going above and beyond!
It was ridiculous we waiting for 25 minutes when we're there only people in restaurant and are told the toaster needs 5 minutes because it keeps over heating- a long standing problem they let us know. Not having a working toaster in a sandwich shop is like having a washer but not a dryer. Most patrons get toasted sandwiches and there are some women who can not have deli meat when pregnant like myself. It wasn't until about 20 minutes later that they suggested to microwave my meat. Because the new to be manager and employee we're talking all while I have a hungry and impatient toddler with me. In my opinion take the extra time to go to a different near by subway and save yourself the hassle. To the OWNERS upgrade your appliances to keep customers happy and keep retention or you will continue to lose business.
This place sucks, it's closed at the most random hours, update your hours, if you're gonna be closed early
This has to be the most disappointing Subway. We showed up before 8 trying to get sandwiches and we were met with a note, Be back in 5. After 15 minutes of waiting, we left and decided to go trick or treat and come back. Their posted hours said they closed at 10. We get here at 8:40 and as we walk up to the door, the employee ran to the door, slammed it shut and locked it as quickly as possible and turned around and walked away. Not a single word, no answer on the phone, no explanation. As far as I know they 've just decided they were done for the night?
