Every employee at this location is so kind. I’m traveling from New York and was so happy I stumbled upon this Starbucks. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
great location, I wouldn't recommend. When someone who doesn't go to die, I often needed help to decrypt the menu that they seem to have not been enthusiastic about. not mentioning that all that sound good (including eating) was not on camp. another thing that is from the norm, in comparison to probably any coffee shop in America, is that the cream and sugar is behind the theke, so naturally they seemed to be annoyed... In my opinion, Starbucks coffee doesn't taste good. I recommend going to Dutch Bros instead, as they have fantastic coffee.

The service was terrible. There were 6 people in line and only one person working at the cashier. We waited for 15 minutes to receive a poorly made hot chocolate and were left feeling disappointed.
I couldn't help but laugh when I went into this restaurant and asked for their strongest cup of coffee. The waitress came back with a puzzled look on her face, so I clarified by requesting cowboy coffee, which she understood as strong coffee. She offered to add espresso shots to make it even stronger, to which I agreed. After a few visits, I've learned that 5 shots of espresso is the perfect amount for me. The staff is excellent, especially the sweet young ladies working there. The restaurant is clean both inside and out.
The staff at this restaurant was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient with all of our questions. My sister especially loved the delicious pumpkin scones. They even knew how to grind her bag of coffee in a way that wasn't a typical option. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service. They were quick and efficient, which was greatly appreciated as my sister and I were both exhausted (I've had one too many traumatic brain injuries).
