Muchas Gracias Mexican Food - Vancouver

The menu features classic Mexican dishes. I opted for a Carne Asada burrito, expecting the usual rice, beans, and maybe some onions or cilantro. But wow, I was hit with a MEAT EXPLOSION! They truly deliver on the meat! It was packed with flavorful, tender meat and seasoned perfectly, along with some onion and cilantro mixed in. Honestly, it might be the best burrito I've ever had. I honestly wish I had ordered a second one. I’ll definitely be coming back for more of these delicious meat-filled burritos in the future!

This restaurant serves good quality food, although it tends to use lower-quality ingredients. The portion sizes are generous, making it feel like a casual greasy spoon, popular among young adults. I really enjoy their hot sauce, and you can even request pickled vegetables for free to accompany your meal. The Oregon burrito is a local favorite, and you shouldn't miss the slam-a-supreme quesadilla—it's truly an experience! Personally, I can't get enough of the chicken chimichanga; just mentioning it makes my mouth water. And I have to give a mention to their breakfast burrito too.

The restaurant offers delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine with a wide variety of à la carte options and larger meal selections, all at very affordable prices.

Muchas Gracias is a chain, but it is a very good Mexican chain. The location in downtown Vancouver is the only late night place in the city. If you want something that is open until 4am or later, this is your spot. They have reasonably priced tacos, burritos, enchiladas and more. You can get get a full meal or just a few things here or there. Its good Mexican for that time after having a few on a late night on the weekend.

Huevos Rancheros are the bomb.
