Jimmy John's - Vancouver

The sandwich was quite dry; it lacked enough mayonnaise and other condiments. While I appreciated their quick service, I wouldn't have minded waiting a few extra seconds for more toppings. The team was very pleasant.

I ordered a turkey sandwich but they started making it with salami instead, and then informed me it would cost an additional two dollars. They were out of the main ingredients for sandwiches, but refused to make a sandwich with salami for a lower price. So they made the sandwich with salami anyways and then threw it away.

We attempted to enter the restaurant but found that they had already closed at 9pm. The staff had locked the door at 8:15pm and did not allow us to place an order.

The management on the staff today was very helpful that they have tracked my sandwich order from another business, got everything sorted out and I was very appreciated for the man on the staff tonight bravo wished that it was their business it was ordered so that they would receive the well-earned tipp. I hope this review reaches him or his bosse for a fabulous job he does. many thanks.
