all around great place! Betty was so so nice and welcoming, we got chocolate covered coffee beans, a blood orange and a peppermint truffle and iced Pumpkin Spice dirty chai coffees with oat milk and oh my goodness it was all so yummy! Definitely going back so happy to have found this place thanks to this years payback books!! View all feedback.
First of all, service was excellent. The employee who helped me today was all-smiles as soon as I came in, and they were really helpful with answering questions and giving me what I wanted to buy with high energy. Clearly the store focuses on chocolate goods, both through drinks and hand-made truffles. Understandably so, the truffles are quite expensive for their size, but they're really tasty and come in a lot of excellent flavors. Their hot chocolate is super fresh and natural, one of the best I've had. I definitely want to come back here and it would be a cool place to bring other people. The store doesn't look too good on the outside as it's old, and there are fruit flies inside, but those are my only complaints, everything else is absolutely fantastic!
A great place to stop for great chocolate treats and a flavorful chocolate coffee. We were greeted and then treated to some really wonderful truffles and coffee. Not a lot of traffic her, but that was fine as we had the place to ourselves. Settingbis quaint, a bit old school, at very comfortable. Owner was helpful and seemed to really know his chocolate! Overall a real treat when strolling through town or passing by. If you love chocolate, you won't be disappointed with this award winning place.
We came in for some good chocolate. I was ready to give this 2 stars. The first truffle I tried was the strawberry habanero. I tasted neither flavors in the truffle. My friend tried 2 of her's in the car. She said they both tasted the same. Fast forward to home.... We taste tested the other 5. The chocolate truffle was good. Very creamy and had a decent dark chocolate flavor. The lemon lavender is one I was hesitant on as most lavender products taste like soap. This was good. The lemon flavor was great. The lavender hot a little at the end. Then we tried the blood orange truffle. Again a good orange flavor with it. The mint truffle was good too. A decent amount of mint that didn't taste fake. The last one we tried was the strawberry vanilla. This was very good. It also showed me how the strawberry habanero could have tasted. You could definitely taste the strawberry and the vanilla. My daughter thought it was too much strawberry. I thought it was a good balance. Definitely worth a try and always good to support local businesses.
A cozy shop with an amazing atmosphere. Pair that with the assortment of delectable truffles, A fine selection of wines, Good quality coffee, and an absolutely wonderful staff. Whether you plan on grabbing some treats and heading on your way or taking a small rest between travels, this lovely place is worth the visit and I could not recommend it enough!
This charming shop kindly supported the Spring Classic Half Marathon, so I decided to visit. The chocolatier who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. I got some delicious truffles and paired a lovely Willamette Valley red wine. So relaxing after my busy weekend. Do your tastebuds a favor and visit this place!
