Five Guys - Vancouver

Had simply a great bacon cheeseburger in this 5 guys restaurant. the young man at the opposite time is still new with in his 90 days,) he was amazing! eating was great as always. the prices where a bit lower, but delicate large food large customer service will get them what they pay. yes I spoke to the manager and handed over my lob so he gets the good job from the chef.

I have visited quite a few restaurants during my travels, and this one is by far the best. The food was served hot, the restaurant was clean, and the staff provided excellent customer service, which can often be hard to find. I usually only recommend places that prioritize good customer service. While I can tolerate lukewarm food and less-than-spotless environments, poor customer service is something I can't accept. Great job to this fantastic location!

Eating is good and everything, but I once saw six or seven types behind the counter, which is quite clear about everything I thought. I don't think I can see this chain again.

I gave this restaurant 4 stars because during our visit, we noticed that the side entrance door had broken glass, which was being repaired while we were there. There were still several holes where the wood panels hung loose. However, the food was exceptional, and this was our first time dining there since COVID. It seems like they are doing their best to keep things earthy behind the counter. My children were curious about the smells we remembered from past visits, so I asked the cashier, and she informed me that those items are now stored behind the counter. The French fries were great, as always, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with less drilling noise than before.

Never disappointed with their burgers and the amount of fries we got... Enormous.. you have to ask for peanuts if you want them. The shake was fantastic.
