I'm sorry, but those that say this is good or great BBQ don't know what they're talking about. The meats are bland over cooked, no smoke ring in mine, (I'd bet they boil them). the greens are limp with no hint of ham or bacon and the stems were still on, and the potato salad tastes like that nasty Reser's garbage. I’m sorry, but anyone who says this is good or great BBQ just doesn't know what they’re talking about. The meats are overcooked and lack any smoke flavor; it feels like they're just boiled. The greens are limp and lack any hint of ham or bacon – they still had the stems on! A true quality dish should have the stems removed and be cooked with smoked ham hocks or bacon. This is simply not good BBQ. The potato salad tastes terrible, like nasty prepackaged junk.
I was a bit confused when I first walked in, but then I turned my head to the left and there he was— the guy behind the counter (I didn’t catch his name). He was extremely helpful and attentive, not missing a single detail in explaining the menu. The food was a delightful surprise as well. I ordered the plate with ribs, brisket, sausage, and cornbread. The bread was excellent, the beans were absolutely delicious, and both the ribs and brisket were fantastic. It was my best and first experience at a truly great rib joint. I would rate it 10/10; I've already been back twice and plan to bring more family and friends. Keep up the amazing work!
Everything about this place is wonderful. Great customer service and friendly people. We received our meals in a timely manner, the one pulled pork sammich was enough to fill two buns ?? definitely needed my fork and knife. This place feeds you good and take care of their customers, they are hard workers. The environment is just uplifting.
If only there was an ability to give more stars!!!!! This was our first visit and will be back over and over!First off, customer service is FANTASTIC. Daniel took our order over the phone and was immensely pleasant and courteous. Upon arrival I was greeted as if I had been thee a million times. Food was ready, packed up and kept hot. Now as for taste, OMG best BBQ I have had anywhere in the Pacific NW. Ribs were so tender I had to eat them with a fork since the meat just fell off the bone. Their sauce is SO GOOD!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!
