I ordered a decaf white mocha this morning, but the person who made my drink accidentally made it with caffeine. This mistake made me sick because I cannot have caffeine. It is important for them to take special care when someone orders a decaffeinated drink and ensure that it is made correctly. People may have medical conditions that can be seriously affected by such errors. This is completely unacceptable. I have contacted customer service about this issue. This was my first time visiting Blackrock Coffee and it will definitely be my last.
