Five stars for the store, and service. One star for the Greek gyro. The sauce on it was worse than a Dollar tree thousand Island. The meat was weirdly sliced; look like somebody hacked off pieces of spam. Some weird spice, maybe cumin, overpowered it. I think Arby's needs to hire a Greek chef to instruct them on making a tasty Gyro. With steakhouse and other changes I know Arby's is trying to get more customers in th... View all feedback.
What Philip Green doesn't like about Arby's:
Greatly disappointed in the experience of this particular Arby's. It was as if they took no pride in themselves as workers of food delivery vehicles. Gf wanted sesame seed buns, mine were supposed to be regular onion buns. Instead all were sesame buns, and burnt. The roast beef was chewy, sickly grey looking, and a bit cold. I missed the order menu twice, because it is somehow, I am the wrong point I think, and it's like you have to have 2 kreise around the time you've done in the drive thru. I also miss the ham and cheese sauce. well illuminated and held.
Sandwich was delicious, but my soda was warm and had no ice. I was told when I came to the window that they were out of ice. I would have known that I would not have ordered it if I had ordered the drink. they refused to take it back and still blamed me for it. not happy.
Only eaten and almost every product was cold, the only dinge that were warm were the pommes and mozzarella sticks. for the cheese sauce on three frying sandwiches, hardly combined on all three. 1 gyroscope was still stiff and cold, others were usually bought hot items: 1 double roast beef, 2 classic roast beef, smoked brisket, 2 gyros, knitterfries, mozzarella sticks Date/Time: 10/7 about 2000 hours
Took 15 minutes in the drive thru. They were out of ice so my drink was room temperature. Curly fries were crunchy and hard but at least the Arby sauce was good. Other than that it was great!
