Bob Evans - Van Wert

I was surprised Bob Evans made up a nice vegan dish for me. The hash browns with veggies tasted great and the fruit was fresh. It would be nice if they added more vegan options for the growing trend towards plant-based diets.

The restaurant seems to be understaffed, which significantly affects the service. I experienced a long wait for my meal. For my visit (dine-in for dinner), I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, but the atmosphere was pleasant, receiving a 4.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quick and affordable lunch option!

We went for breakfast and Katie was our waitress. She was incredibly kind and patient with us, taking the time to answer all our questions. When I inquired about the new Southwest Avocado Omelette, she highly recommended it. I tried it and was not disappointed! It was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be coming back again!

Today was a great visit. The waitress did an excellent job, and the food was served hot, on time, and just as I ordered. I thoroughly enjoyed my country fried steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, and rolls. It was just good old-fashioned comfort food, done right. Thank you, Bob Evans!
