Before the robber the service and the food was great, but after that it seems yoshinoya lost mojo, Cashiers don't GAF, ask for something they ignore you, you don't ask to get anything except they don't GAF, the cook doesn't seem to know how much beef or chicken he in the dish or the last they have made, I asked for avocado (it almost works avocado) Too bad my place was closest and my favorite? Best Yoshinoya when it comes to food. Service is ok Unfortunately this location is not the best. Its Van Nuys
9:30 pm and they are already close. On their website it said open till 11 pm. Customer service is bad. Foods are ok.

Even though I do miss their old menu. The new menu isn't that bad. The Tri Tip Steak Teriyaki Salmon are pretty bomb.
Terrible customer service! I was told loudly enough that every patron within the restaurant could hear it being said, which was to take [my] EBT card elsewhere, deliberately as if to try and embarrass me. When it was their card reader that wasn 'tworking, as immediately afterwards, I walked across the parking lot and was able to use it just fine at the 7-Eleven 40 yardsaway. Called Corporate, and no one has ever called me back to apologize or talk to me further about this incident, or so much asreassurance that steps would be taken to improve the customer service training of their employees. As within the last 12 monthsalone, there have been several other times with more multiple other employees at this location, who have been openly rude anddownright hostile to the customers and patrons, who are choosing to give their business to them. And in return you being giventheir utter lack of concern for your experience as a customer, is quite frankly, just about as disgusting as their preparationand presentation of the food they serve there.
