However, when I arrived a... read more I called to place an order for a 15-piece wing meal, but the employee hung up on me. When I called back, she quoted a price of $22.80. However, when I arrived at the store, she unexpectedly changed the price to $32.80. I asked to speak to the manager, and they connected me with Zindy. When I requested the manager's name, she refused to provide it and told me I would need to call back in the morning to speak with the manager. This was extremely unprofessional! To make matters worse, the food was cold and unappetizing when I got home, and it was poorly seasoned.

I recommend visiting Wingstop on Tuesdays; otherwise, you might face a wait of up to an hour on other days. A girl working a... read more We called in an order and a young man told us it would be ready in 20 minutes. When we arrived exactly 20 minutes later, the doors were locked. A girl working at the front was counting money and just giving "closed" signs. I called back, and instead of offering good customer service, she simply said, "We're closed," without acknowledging that we had already placed an order. The online hours said they close at midnight, but it was only 10:20 PM. Whatever the reason, she could have at least come to the door to inform us. Instead, she was very rude on the phone and hung up, saying, "There's nothing I can do." Today is Friday, July 22, 2022, at 10:30 PM. This is terrible customer service. We usually order from this location and hope to hear from a manager because this is unacceptable. Gas and time are expensive!

The only reas... read more The staff preparing the food should definitely wear masks if they are coughing—it's absolutely disgusting to have sick people handling food. Yuck! The only reason I wouldn't give a 1 or 2-star rating is because when ordering a combo, you're not forced to get a sugary drink you don't want and won't drink, but still have to pay for. I really appreciate that drink substitutions are allowed. However, the one-hour wait time is terrible—please improve this!
