This place is amazing! The ice cream is delicious and the service is top-notch.

This restaurant is amazing. The atmosphere is fantastic and the people there are full of energy. I would highly recommend it to anyone in search of delicious ice cream. They offer a wide selection of ice creams and toppings to cater to everyone's preferences. I would definitely give it a 5-star rating!

I called the store to confirm that I could purchase just one ice cream cupcake instead of a six pack. The woman who answered the phone said yes. We wanted it for our granddaughter. When my husband went to buy one, the woman told him they do not sell individual ones. However, she did make one for him after our 7-year-old granddaughter explained the situation. I appreciate that, but she charged him $6.00 when a six pack costs $22.00. One cupcake in the pack would have cost about $3.70. She charged him $2.30 more for just one cupcake. That is just plain wrong. I do not recommend the Van Nuys, Saticoy Cold Stone.

Was very busy last night but still managed to take my order fast, thanked me for waiting and all while being very nice, it was my first time here and the girl with glasses gave me a really good delicious recommendation will b coming back asap for anothercustom shake. Best milkshake I ever had. Strawberry cheesecake is definitely worth a try!!

I ordered a medium and they really just filled a small cup and put it into a medium cup and called it good lol i should?ve figured something was weird when the girl gave me the order before i could even say my name lolll
