The shop is clean and well-maintained, and the staff, for the most part, are very polite. The food is delicious, with my personal favorites being the chicken biryani and mutton biriyani.

The restaurant was impeccably clean and the breakfast was delicious, especially the cuttlefish curry which was great value. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
