We were told the restaurant has really good Roshti so we got in and were seated on the table. The menu was in German and th owner Server didn't know any English so we used Google Translate to tell what we wanted to order. The Roshti was really tasty and the cheese on it was out of the world. The Roshti was around 20 CHF and adding the charge for tap water and tax, we got a bill of about CHF 25. I would surely go back for Roshti next time I am in Vals. The restaurant is small and very cozy but its a great place to try out of you are in Vals.
