The dishes are good and very distinctive, but the new waiter keeps selling desserts after we finish eating, the service experience is not very good

Everything was very enjoyable, except the main dish veal steak was somewhat dry.Next time we shall take the salmon again.The slice of duck liver as entrée was exceptional.
The restaurant is quite expensive at the cheapest rate of 85 CHF for three courses. the waiter made mistakes at every turn, from forgetting bread, then butter, then serve your red wine when you have finished your main course. the food is acceptable and would be fine if the service matched the restaurant's ambition. personally the blue hall bar offered superior service and food.
This was a tough restaurant to rate, since I love the concept and think the chef is exceptionally talented. I didn't have a very well executed meal though. At the prices Red Restaurant charges, I think it's appropriate to expect near-flawless execution. I didn't get execution that lived up to the prices. I am hoping my experience was an anomaly and will return for a second chance. In the meantime, I can't fully endorse Red Restaurant to my friends and family. I was hoping this place would blow my mind but it didn't. There was too much hype with reserving months in advance.
