Pizza Flo - Vals-les-Bains

When you live 600km from the place and you've been trying to book by phone for 3 days but no one picks up and you can't leave a message it becomes difficult to book... so you travel the same day but in outside of service hours the gate is closed so we try to arrive at 6:45 p.m. No customers have arrived yet. We feel that our early arrival is disturbing. We explain the difficulty of reserving by telephone since no one answers either during service hours or before or after for that matter. And suddenly the owner, as friendly as a prison door, sends us away with a “good evening, I’m delighted not to have found you a table” there were 2 of us, at 6:45 p.m.. We have already been there in the past. The pizzas are very good but the casual and contemptuous welcome from the owner leaves us with a bitter taste. Maybe we weren't local enough...and yet if she knew

D'excellentes pizza à la pâte fine comme en Italie. Copieuses. Cuites au feu de bois. Un très grand choix. Un très bon accueil. En terrasse, loin de la circulation ou sous la grande véranda ou à l'intérieur de la pizzeria qui est très bien décorée. Une belle surprise en pays ardéchois ! Ouverte uniquement le soir. À emporter possible.

Certainement la meilleure pizza que j'ai mangé. Une pâte fine avec une garniture bien équilibrée et savoureuse : un vrai régal. Service rapide et souriant dans un cadre sympathique. Miam !
