Excellent ice cream, very good product!! This is not the case for the service, long waiting,45mn... disordered service!! Customers arrived after us served first.... Served a little lost by the many customers. Friendliness and little smile would have been welcome.

Ice and sorbed are varied and of good quality, there is for all tastes! Unfortunately there are a lot of people at the same time during the summer, which makes waiting for a long table...

Beatrix is regarded as one of the finest ice-cream makers in France, the same family has operated here from generations. We actually dropped by here specially, on our long drive from Le Puy en Velay to Vallon Pont d'Arc, given its reputation. It's a wide menu of choices, I went with a vanillla-pistachio double scoop, my wife tried the dar chocolate-coffee. Good quality and flavour, very fresh. It's very busy, so service seemed slightly distracted and consumed by the lunch service at the terrace.
