I’ll try a different KFC location next time, hoping they can get it right.

Unfortunately, the meals we ordered didn't match that level of quality. The chicken was tough and dry, and the "extra crispy" option was far from crispy; it seemed like it had been left under the heat lamp since lunchtime when we were having dinner. The potatoes were just average, and the coleslaw was okay. This isn't what I expected from my visit, and now I'm feeling uncertain about coming back.
