Verso - Valparaiso

Delicious cuisine, room and view A modern and stylish high-rise at the top of a hill with interesting restaurants, bars and art. At first I was hesitant to stay so high up and away from tram action, but once there, I hardly ever leave the neighborhood, because there is so much in steps to do and the views are beautiful. The food had a great presentation and was absolutely appalling.

We spent two days here during our honeymoon. Everything was great, breathtaking view from the roof – we could observe all Valparaiso and coastline. I had the opportunity to drink very delicious Pisco Sauer. Near the Pablo Neruda House Museum.

Really wonderful aromas. Excellent atmosphere. Amazing wine, with extensive wine list.

Just good food. Through and through. The lamb was exceptional, combining taste and texture with crispy outside. The ceviche and tartare was on point, we ordered a bottle of Primus with our meal and it did not disappoint. The view is spectacular with a beautiful sunset displaying over the mountains if you get there ahead of time. Service was strong and catered to western tempo and expectations.

We came to this restaurant for a wine tasting (you can find it on TripAdvisor and I really recommend it). The restaurant is located on the rooftop of a nice hotel and the view on the city and the bay is amazing. We had dinner and the food is delicious but also pricy. Perfect for special occasions. We were impressed by the staff which was so kind, professional and attentive.
